REQUEST
Submit a job request to the LodgingIQ Portal with a notification of any preferred hotel brand(s).
The LodgingIQ team receives and immediately starts finding hotels that fit the request.
LodgingIQ provides multiple hotel options, including negotiated rates to choose from.
The client has the ability to remove hotel options and forward offers to the traveler, with or without rates if needed.
RESERVE
The traveler receives the hotel options and has the ability to modify, decline or reserve.
LodgingIQ reserves and books the hotel option selected.
The client and traveler receive a confirmation email, with or without rates.
The traveler arrives at the hotel – no credit card or authorizations needed. LodgingIQ takes care all of hotel communication, so you don’t have to.
RECONCILE
The traveler checks out, and LodgingIQ audits the folio for accuracy and promptly sends the stay info to the client.
LodgingIQ bills the client on agreed terms and manages all hotel communications.
